We do not collect live location data from your device and we do not operate a mobile application for bookings.

NAD EXECUTIVE SERVICES LTD does not process card payments through its website or through a mobile application.

Payments are typically made via bank transfer (including online banking transfers) or corporate invoicing. Where payments are made digitally via bank transfer, we may retain payment confirmation details and relevant accounting records for financial, tax and auditing purposes.

We do not store customers’ online banking credentials.

5. Data Storage and Security

Booking and customer information is stored securely within our CRM system. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 12 months in line with private hire operator requirements, and up to 6 years where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
